Role & responsibilities --
- A Branch Credit Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day credit processing, loan documentation, underwriting workflows, and risk-mitigation policies at a specific financial institution or branch location.
- Supervise end-to-end credit assessment, loan login, document verification, and disbursement processes at the branch level.
- Track portfolio quality, handle post-disbursement documentation (PDD), and conduct periodic reviews of existing loans or credit exposures.
Preferred Candidate Profile --
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or skilled qualifications like CA/Inter CA/MBA.
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in lending operations, credit risk, or underwriting within a Bank or NBFC.
- Exceptional leadership, effective communication, decision-making under pressure, and keen attention to detail.
