- Lead Generation - Identify quality leads from existing customer base / open market by conducting various events and activities.
- Acquire new home loans or LAP loan customers from open market / cross sell to existing customers.
- Monitor installment payments and collections of customers.
- Evaluate the leads generated by analyzing credit histories & property evaluation by adhering to internal and external regulations.
- Coordinate with Products & Marketing department to carry out marketing drives that are assigned and catchment areas for affordable housing loan or LAP.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Graduate or PUC with min 1 year experience in affordable home loan or LAP.
- Should be willing to travel to achieve business targets.
- Valuable communication skills with fluency in local language & English is required.
