Production Planning & Scheduling

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand forecasts.
- Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, machines, and materials.
- Monitor production progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, quality guidelines, and safety regulations.
- Oversee quality checks during various production stages and address quality-related issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Work Instructions (SWI) while performing operations.
- Review and analyse rework, rejection, and scrap controls
- Review IMS risks, opportunities, and controls for internal and external issues related to production activities and processes.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, train, and supervise the production team, including operators, supervisors, and technicians.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback for professional development.
- Ensure compliance following safety protocols.
Process Improvement & Cost Management




- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Introduce automation or advanced technologies to improve production capabilities.
- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Qualification: BE / Btech

Technical:

- Knowledge of MS Office – Excel etc
- Knowledge of SAP working
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0

Functional:

- Familiarity with LT cables production processes and technologies.
- Solid leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
