We are seeking a skilled and proactive Finacle L2 Support Engineer to join our team. ? Role: Finacle L2 Support Engineer

What You'll Do:

- Provide L2 production support for Finacle Core Banking modules.
- Resolve escalated incidents within SLAs and perform root-cause analysis.
- Monitor and support Beginning-of-Day and End-of-Day batch processes.
- Support integrations with ATM/Switch, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, digital banking, and payment systems.




- Use SQL/PLSQL for analysis and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with L3/product teams for defects, patches, and upgrades.
- Support UAT, regression testing, ITIL processes, and production deployments.

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of hands-on Finacle Core Banking support.
- Experience with Finacle 10.x, 11.x, or later.
- Strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux, and shell scripting knowledge.
- Understanding of banking workflows, batch scheduling, ITSM tools, and ITIL practices.
- Solid troubleshooting and communication skills.
