1. Job Purpose
To manage the day-to-day maintenance operations ensuring equipment reliability, reduced downtime, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Support the preventive and predictive maintenance activities while optimizing costs and ensuring efficient plant operations.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for production assets and plant utilities (e.g., compressors, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, HVAC, DG sets, HT/substation, water systems, ETP/STP) as per defined schedules to ensure reliability and uptime.
- Plan and execute shutdown maintenance in coordination with Production and Quality, ensuring protected isolation/energization of equipment and utilities and timely restoration with minimal disruption.
- Monitor asset and utility performance, implement condition-based monitoring,



and drive RCA to identify recurring issues, implement corrective actions, and improve MTBF/MTTR.
- Maintain CMMS discipline and ensure timely availability and optimal usage of spare parts in collaboration with Stores to control maintenance lead times and costs.
- Ensure strict EHS/IMS compliance during all maintenance and utility activities (permits, statutory inspections, calibrations), promoting a safe work environment and zero incidents.
- Lead and supervise technicians and contractors across mechanical, electrical, and utility functions, managing productivity and maintenance expenses while building team capability and execution discipline.
