Role Description This is a part-time Government Tenders role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of on-site work and some work from home. The role involves identifying relevant government tender opportunities, reviewing tender notifications, and understanding eligibility criteria and documentation requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and organizing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments for technical and commercial inputs,



and ensuring timely submission of bids. The role also requires maintaining tender records, tracking bid status, following up on post-tender queries, and supporting compliance with government procurement guidelines. The individual will collaborate with management to optimize tender participation and support strategic decision-making related to government contracts.
Qualifications

• Experience in government tenders or public procurement processes, including tender search, document preparation, and bid submission.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to interpret tender terms, conditions, and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online tender portals; comfort with digital document management.
