Champion marketing operations at Vikram Solar, ensuring brand, demand generation and integrated marketing programs are executed with rigour across B2B and B2C segments. Partner with the Marketing Head on strategic inputs, lead and develop the marketing team, and work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product Technology and Corporate Communications to build the brand, generate demand and accelerate growth.

Marketing Operations & Governance

• Drive the annual and quarterly marketing plan, calendar and campaign pipeline, ensuring timely, on-brief execution across internal teams and agencies.

• Set up and run the function’s operating rhythm – review cadences, trackers, MIS and dashboards – giving leadership explicit visibility on progress, spends and outcomes.

• Strengthen processes, SOPs, approval workflows and brand governance so that content, collateral and communication are consistent, compliant and delivered on time.

• Manage priority and fast-moving requirements, such as launches, leadership requests, escalations and sensitive matters (with Corporate Communications), with speed and sound judgement.

• Plan and campaign delivery: timelines and brand consistency

• Spend vs approved budgets, ROI on marketing investment, agency performance

• Digital: CPL, lead quality, engagement, MQL – SQL – Conversion
