Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into long-term clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach to potential clients, presenting TNM Studios’ services, preparing proposals,



and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with production and creative teams to align client needs with service offerings and manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining an updated sales pipeline, and contributing to strategic planning for revenue growth.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience in identifying and closing opportunities.
• Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to build, maintain, and grow client relationships.
• Effective Communication skills, including confident client-facing interaction, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Prior experience in media, advertising, or digital content industries is highly beneficial.
