Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi for a Corporate Sales Trainer in the Edtech/Education domain. The Corporate Sales Trainer will design, deliver,



and continuously improve sales training programs for corporate and educational sales teams, focusing on products and services across Aimlay’s academic and experiential learning offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting classroom and workshop-style training sessions, developing training materials and sales playbooks, and coaching sales staff on effective sales processes and customer engagement techniques. The role involves assessing training needs, creating learning plans, and tracking performance metrics to ensure sales teams meet targets and deliver high-quality customer service. The trainer will collaborate closely with sales leadership, product, and counseling teams to keep training content aligned with current offerings, market trends, and organizational goals.
