Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Kolkata. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products across lending, insurance, and wealth advisory offerings. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations,



and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, documentation, and post-sales support, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. The Sales Associate will also track market trends, provide feedback to improve offerings, and represent Bajaj Finserv professionally in all customer interactions.
