Summary

We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our dynamic school community in Tellapur, Hyderabad. The successful candidate will bring 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience and a deep understanding of early childhood literacy development. The teacher will be responsible for crafting and executing curriculum-aligned lessons that encourage critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for the English language. Responsibilities

- Facilitate interactive and curriculum-compliant English lessons focusing on reading comprehension, grammar, creative writing, and oral communication.

- Utilize storytelling, visual aids, and educational technology to make language concepts accessible and engaging for young learners.

- Evaluate student progress through diverse assessment methods, including oral presentations, written assignments,



and class participation, offering timely and constructive feedback.

- Organize and guide students in language-based competitions, debates, and creative writing workshops.

- Keep precise and up-to-date records of student attendance, academic performance, and behavioral progress.

- Collaborate effectively with the academic team and colleagues to ensure consistency with institutional educational standards and goals.

- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, confidence, and a love for language learning.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of proven experience teaching English in a primary school setting or a comparable educational setting.

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are highly desirable.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the primary-level English curriculum and effective pedagogical strategies.

- Proven ability to manage diverse classrooms with patience, clarity, and adaptability.

- Proficiency in leveraging educational tools and digital platforms to support instruction and assessment.

- Exceptional communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
