Job Description:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Agentic AI applications and intelligent AI agents.

- Build multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.

- Develop LLM-powered applications using LLaMA and other large language models.

- Leverage GCP services to build, deploy, monitor, and scale AI applications.

- Drive solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

- Lead and mentor AI engineers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of projects.

- Implement RAG pipelines, tool calling, memory management, workflow orchestration, and multi-agent collaboration.

- Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, security, reliability, and governance requirements.

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, models, and technologies to improve solution effectiveness.
