ETT Career Move is looking for a Sales Recruiter with experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for sales and business development roles for IT industry clients in India.

This is a remote role, & can be based from anywhere in India

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales Executives, BDMs, Account Managers, Inside Sales, Field Sales and Sales Managers.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and Boolean searches.

- Screen candidates for relevant sales experience, communication skills, target achievements and suitability.

- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, negotiate offers and follow up until joining.

- Maintain candidate pipelines and meet recruitment targets within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

- 2 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sales hiring.

- Strong sourcing, screening and candidate engagement skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements independently.

- Valuable communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
