Position: MS Windows User Administrator

Description:

- The Senior MS Windows User Administrator will be responsible for enterprise Windows user administration, account lifecycle management, access control and troubleshooting.
- The resource will ensure that Windows user administration activities are performed securely and efficiently in accordance with Bank policies, ITSM procedures and SLA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Windows user account lifecycle.
- Create, modify, disable and delete user accounts.
- Manage domain and local user accounts.
- Manage Active Directory-integrated Windows environments.
- Manage security and distribution group memberships.
- Process user access requests.
- Perform password resets and account unlocks.
- Support Group Policy-related access requirements.
- Troubleshoot Windows authentication and login issues.
- Support user profile and access-related issues.
- Perform periodic user and group access reviews.
- Identify inactive/dormant accounts.
- Support least-privilege and RBAC requirements.
- Coordinate with Active Directory, IAM and PAM teams.
- Maintain complete audit evidence.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Process requests through ITSM.




- Prepare operational and access reports.
- Support incident, problem and change management.
- Ensure SLA compliance.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6 8 years of experience in Windows administration/user administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments.
- Strong Active Directory knowledge.
- Experience with:
- AD Users and Computers
- Groups
- OUs
- Group Policy
- DNS
- Authentication

- Good Power Shell knowledge.
- Experience with enterprise user-management processes.
- Understanding of Windows security controls.
- Knowledge of endpoint-management platforms is preferred.
- Experience with ITSM platforms.
- Experience supporting audit and compliance activities.

Preferred Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
- ITIL 4 Foundation.
