We are looking for customer-focused professionals with experience in International Voice Support and Chat/Messaging Support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries across multiple channels, and a strong commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through international voice calls and chat/messaging channels.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Manage customer interactions professionally while maintaining service quality.
- Understand customer issues, troubleshoot concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in support systems.
- Follow established processes, service standards, and quality guidelines.
- Adapt to AI-powered support tools, chatbots, and other customer service technologies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and operational goals.
Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international customer support.
- Hands-on experience in both International Voice Support and Chat/Messaging Support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and support channels.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Positive to Have
- Experience in Fin Tech, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or the Crypto industry.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools, AI copilots, chatbots, or AI-based customer support platforms.
- Experience supporting customers in a regulated industry.
Work Schedule & Contract Details
- 5 working days per week.
- Rotational shifts, including early-morning shifts as per business requirements.
- Rotational weekly offs.
- Complete Work From Office setup in Hyderabad.
- Potential opportunity for full-time employment upon completion of the contract, subject to business requirements and performance.
