Key Responsibilities

- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Workday Extend.
- Lead the development of custom applications within the Workday ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design end-to-end solutions integrating Workday with external systems using Workday integration technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for Workday Extend development.
- Review application designs, code quality, security standards, and deployment processes.
- Mentor developers and functional consultants on Workday Extend capabilities.
- Conduct architecture assessments and recommend improvements for existing Workday solutions.
- Support application deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support activities.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in Workday Extend, Workday HCM, and Workday architecture.
- Hands-on experience developing applications using Workday Extend (Orchestrate, UI Components, Business Processes, APIs).
- Expertise in Workday integration technologies: Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Core Connectors Workday Studio REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with JSON, XML, XSLT, and web service integrations.
- Strong understanding of Workday security frameworks and data governance.
- Proficiency in solution architecture, system design, and application modernization.
- Experience leading technical teams and architecture discussions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
