Experience: 13 years | Function: Sort Center / Warehouse Operations

Role Overview
Support day-to-day sort center operations by ensuring timely shipment movement, process adherence, productivity, quality, and smooth coordination across shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Support inbound, outbound, sortation, staging, and dispatch operations as per defined SLAs.
- Monitor shipment flow and ensure timely processing and handovers.
- Coordinate with transportation and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Assist in manpower allocation, shift activities, and daily briefings .
- Track operational KPIs, productivity, TAT, and SLA adherence and highlight gaps.
- Support implementation of SOPs, 5S, Lean, and process improvement initiatives .
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, compliance, and audit requirements .
- Conduct basic checks/audits and support RCA and corrective actions for operational defects.
- Coordinate with HR, Customer Service, Inventory, Transportation, and vendor teams .




- Handle day-to-day operational escalations and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS, operational reports, and incident reports .
- Support management with accurate operational updates and data.
