What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using C programming.
- Customize and enhance standard software products based on business requirements
- Analyze complex actuarial mathematical and business problems, especially in the life insurance domain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, actuarial specialists and domain
experts
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices
- Participate in code reviews,testing, and deployment processes

What we are looking for
Experience (6-11 years):
- Bachelor s degree (master s preferred)in computer science, Engineering, or a related field




- 6+ years of professional experience in C/C++ development
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Good understanding of software customization and product-based development
- Interest or experience in the life insurance domain is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills with English proficiency at C1 level
- Flexible and adaptable to different technologies, tools, and programming languages based on
evolving projects and business requirements
- Willing to travel to client locations as required for project activities, workshops, training
sessions, technical discussions, and business collaboration
