Overview:

Responsibilities:

Assist in tracking internal and external labor costs across multiple S&Thubs;, including Barcelona, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon. Requiresmaintaining database of ~2000 resources and their funding acrossGlobal S&T; budgets. Attention to detail and organizational skills key

Provide overall support for the period end results and preparation of forecast.
Create, update, prepare ongoing periodic business reports.
Working across multiple Finance functions to deliver Period forecast.
Understand key drivers of the P&L;
Work on periodic forecast for people cost.
Performance analysis, including explanation of variance to plan, forecast and year ago.
Support the annual operating plan (AOP) process.
Business partnering with TR team, HRBPs and FP&A; team.
Maintain complex Excel models.
Develop PowerPoint presentation to communicate business results and insights.

Qualifications:

Academia & Experience 2 years or less. Finance Graduate with sound knowledge of Accounting.
