✅Be curious enough to ask questions.
✅Follow up relentlessly while still being likable.
✅Understand that "I'll do it tomorrow" is sometimes a lie people tell themselves.
Here’s What Your Day Will Look Like:
Managing projects from "This sounds cool" to "It's live."
Keeping timelines realistic (or at least less unrealistic).
Working with Product, Engineering, Design, QA,
and Business teams without starting a civil war.
Tracking progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and the occasional mystery issue that appears 5 minutes
before release.
Writing documentation that people actually read.
Running Agile ceremonies without making everyone question their life choices.
Sharing updates that answer:
What's happening?
What's blocked?
Who's fixing it?
Why is this suddenly urgent?
Preventing small issues from becoming "all-hands-on-deck" incidents.
