About the Diwali Gifting Initiative
For the upcoming festival season, NKB HoReCa is launching a dedicated Diwali Gifting Initiative targeting corporate clients, retail partners, residential societies, and direct consumers. The initiative focuses on:

Corporate & Institutional Gifting: Approaching organizations for employee, client, and partner gifting solutions.

Up-to-date Trade & Retail Outlets: Securing shelf space and promotional displays in premium outlets.

Residential Society Activations: Organizing promotional stalls, live product sampling, and direct customer engagement.

Direct Consumer & Bulk Sales: Handling consumer inquiries, customizing hamper packages, and closing high-volume orders.

Position 1: PR Intern
Role Overview:

As a PR Intern, you will assist in building brand awareness, executing promotional campaigns, coordinating media/influencer outreach, and managing public relation activities for the Diwali Gifting campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

PR & Media Outreach: Assist in drafting press releases, pitch decks, and media briefs for local news, food bloggers, and lifestyle publications.





Influencer & Agency Coordination: Coordinate with PR agencies, digital influencers, and content creators to arrange sample gifting and promotional reviews.

Content Creation Support: Help write creative copy for press announcements, marketing collaterals, social media posts, and campaign brochures.

Event PR & Coverage: Capture live photos/videos during society events, exhibitions, and corporate activations to share across media and social platforms.

Brand Reputation & Feedback: Monitor customer and media feedback during sampling events and maintain brand communication guidelines.

Media Tracking & Reporting: Keep track of media coverage, influencer mentions, and PR outreach metrics to evaluate campaign impact.

Position 2: Marketing Intern
Role Overview:

As a Marketing Executive, you will drive on-ground executions, client outreach, event setups, promoter management, and direct sales generation across Delhi-NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Activation: Plan, setup, and execute on-ground activations in residential societies, trade shows, corporate premises, and retail outlets.

Direct Sales & Corporate Outreach: Connect with potential corporate buyers, HR leads, and distributors to generate bulk orders for Diwali gift hampers.





Promoter & Staff Management: Recruit, brief, supervise, and evaluate daily field staff and event promoters to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Vendor & Material Management: Coordinate with printing vendors and suppliers to ensure timely production of banners, stands, gift boxes, and sampling stock.

Market Research & Lead Conversion: Gather real-time customer feedback during sampling events, track competitor pricing, and follow up diligently to convert leads into sales.

Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain structured records of daily leads, event footfall, sample distributions, and conversion metrics in Excel/Google Sheets.

Candidate Requirements
Education & Interest: Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, PR, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Personality: Confident, proactive, presentable, and energetic with strong customer-handling abilities.

Mobility: Willingness to travel locally across Delhi-NCR / Greater Noida for society events, site visits, and client meetings.

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and Canva (preferred for PR Interns).

Work Ethic: Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
