This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data structures and translate them into effective mapping solutions.
- Experience in designing and executing data conversion strategies within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity and system integration.
- Familiarity with Workday integration tools and data transformation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
