Position: Academic Counselor – Female
Location: Salem

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
Understand students’ academic interests, goals, and requirements.
Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and direct communication.
Maintain student records and update counseling details.
Convert enquiries into admissions by providing appropriate guidance.
Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
Achieve assigned admission and counseling targets.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:

Any Degree / Diploma.
Female candidates preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing and counseling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
