Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Net Suite Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of our Net Suite ERP system. This role requires a deep understanding of Net Suite's architecture, extensive experience with Suite Script, and the ability to lead technical projects from conception to implementation. The ideal candidate will also bring a forward-thinking mindset, leveraging AI tools and technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

Net Suite Development:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, scripts (Suite Script 1.0, 2.0, and 2.1), workflows, and new functionality based on evolving business needs.
- Optimize Net Suite performance and scalability to ensure efficient operation of the ERP system.
- Implement integrations with other business systems using Suite Talk, RESTlets, and other integration tools.
- Leverage AI/ML APIs (such as OpenAI, Claude, or similar) to extend Net Suite functionality and build intelligent, data-driven features.

System Customization & Maintenance:

- Customize and maintain Net Suite's forms, fields, records, and workflows to meet organizational requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and system administration to ensure Net Suite functionality aligns with business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues in a timely manner.

Project Management:

- Lead and manage technical projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and other IT professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and IT staff, including adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and technical teams.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay up-to-date with Net Suite updates and industry best practices to continuously enhance system functionality.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization, including the application of AI-powered automation and agent-based workflows.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Net Suite, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead developer role.
- Expertise in Suite Script (1.0, 2.0, and 2.1) and Suite Flow.
- Strong experience with Suite Talk, RESTlets, and other integration methods.
- Proficiency in Java Script, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS).
- Familiarity with Suite Cloud Development Framework (SDF).
- Experience integrating AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, or equivalent) into business applications or ERP workflows.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot or Cursor to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills

- Net Suite certification(s) such as Suite Foundation, Suite Cloud Developer, or ERP Consultant.
- Experience with other ERP systems and integration platforms.
- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Experience with the ARM module within Net Suite.
- Experience designing or deploying AI-powered automation solutions or agentic workflows within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Auto Gen) or AI agent platforms.

- Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in India is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
