The I-ERP initiative is transforming Finance and Purchasing operations to improve efficiency, reduce material costs, and enable real-time decision-making using industry-leading practices. As part of this transformation, the DYNAMO project is replacing the legacy VI&D; mainframe-based solution with a up-to-date SAP platform. DYNAMO focuses on modernizing invoicing, implementing invoice-related pricing rules, improving the dealer experience, and enabling real-time business Middleware Technical Product Manager will own the technical design and delivery of middleware capabilities supporting DYNAMO. You will work across legacy platforms, GCP middleware services, and SAP S/4HANA and partner closely with SAP, architecture, product, business, and engineering teams. You will also provide technical oversight for supplier engineering teams and ensure solutions meet established requirements for security, scalability, reliability, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience using Java.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot and related technologies.
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing cloud-native REST APIs.
- Experience publishing and managing APIs through Apigee or a comparable enterprise API management platform.




- 3+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Run Jobs, Cloud Scheduler, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Monitoring, or equivalent experience with another major cloud platform.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience using Terraform or comparable Infrastructure as Code technology.
- Experience with cloud observability, application monitoring, production support, and incident-management practices.
- Demonstrated experience designing secure, scalable, reliable enterprise integrations.
- Experience providing technical leadership across engineering teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular.
- Experience with Kubernetes or managed container orchestration platforms such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS).
- Experience with event-streaming or messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka.
- Experience integrating legacy or mainframe systems with enterprise resource planning platforms such as SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience using AI-assisted software-development tools across the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), agentic AI frameworks, AI development tools, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience providing technical oversight for supplier or partner engineering teams.
