Job Summary

HMJ Developers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies, generate leads, strengthen brand awareness, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing campaigns, digital marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, and promotional activities. Candidates with experience in the real estate or property development industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's projects and services.

- Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.

- Generate quality leads through digital platforms, social media, and other marketing channels.

- Manage social media accounts, promotional content, and marketing materials.

- Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and external marketing partners.

- Monitor marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve results.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

- Support sales teams by providing marketing leads and promotional resources.

- Plan promotional events, property exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.





- Manage marketing budgets and track campaign expenses.

- Build brand awareness and maintain consistent communication across marketing channels.

- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and present insights to management.

Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation.

- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

- Good understanding of market research and competitor analysis.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and digital marketing tools.

- Strong team management, coordination, and organizational skills.

- Ability to meet marketing targets and generate measurable business results.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.

- Candidates with real estate, property development, or construction industry experience will be preferred.

- Experience in lead generation, promotional campaigns, and customer relationship management is an advantage.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing activities.
