Job Description:
- Perform monthly transfer order reports for assigned entities to ensure GST compliance and accurate accounting treatment (Applicable for only Entity Monthly).
- Prepare annual GST return workings, including GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
- Execute GST registration updates, including adding an Additional Place of Business on the GST portal and other compliance tasks as required.
- Maintain compliance by resolving GST-related issues during vendors' Full & Final settlement.
- Execute ITC set-off entries and inter-account adjustments within the accounting system for purchases and sales under one account (entity) to offset GST liabilities.
- Execute monthly reconciliation of GSTR-2B vs GSTR-3B, books of accounts vs GSTR-3B, and trial balance vs GST Electronic Credit Ledger to ensure accurate ITC and output tax reporting for sales and purchases.
