Hiring: HR Interns – 25 Vacancies Designation: Recruitment Intern Location: Shela, Ahmedabad Work Mode: WFO (Full-Time, In-Office) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday + Alternate Saturday Vacancies: 25 Stipend & Incentives • First 5 Joiners: ₹7000/month + Incentives • Pre-Placement Opportunity: Best-performing interns may receive a PPO with CTC up to ₹3 LPA, based on performance and organizational requirements. Key Responsibilities • Create and manage job postings across relevant platforms. • Conduct mass email campaigns for current job openings. • Manage social media activities related to active vacancies. • Screen candidates through: o Phone calls o Google Meet o In-person interactions o Cold-calling/outbound candidate outreach • Conduct initial rounds of candidate interviews. • Coordinate candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment data. • Support mass hiring drives and campus recruitment across colleges and universities. • May be required to visit colleges/universities 1–3 times a month for campus hiring activities.



• Assist the HR/recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities. Eligibility Students currently pursuing: • BBA • BA • B. Com • M. Com • MBA • B. Voc • Other relevant graduation/post-graduation programs Students from 1st year to final year can apply, provided they can commit to the full time internship schedule. Requirements • Good English communication skills – verbal and written. • Basic knowledge of PC/computer operations. • Basic knowledge of MS Office. • Must have access to a laptop or smartphone. • Comfortable with calling, candidate interaction and recruitment activities. • Willingness to work from the Shela, Ahmedabad office. • Candidates must ensure that their academic schedule is not affected and obtain the necessary permission/NOC from their college or university, wherever required. Important This is a full-time, in-office internship. Candidates should be available to join and should be able to commit to the required working hours.
