Job Title: US IT Sourcer
Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)
Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Day-One Onsite
Shift: US Night Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time
• Key Responsibilities
• Source qualified IT candidates for US client requirements using job portals and professional networking platforms.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing tools.
• Search and identify candidates using Boolean search strings and advanced search techniques.
• Review resumes and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and availability.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Contact candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with US IT recruiters to understand job requirements and submit relevant candidate profiles.
• Maintain candidate databases, sourcing trackers, and recruitment activity reports.
• Follow up with candidates to confirm interest, availability, and suitability for open positions.
• Meet daily and weekly sourcing targets while maintaining candidate quality.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in US IT sourcing or US IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of US IT technologies, job titles, and technical skill sets.
• Hands-on experience with Boolean search and resume mining.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Solid time management and organizational skills.
