Role Description The Zonal HR role at Bajaj Capital Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur. The Zonal HR professional will manage end-to-end HR operations for the assigned zone, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation.



This role involves partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, driving talent acquisition and retention initiatives, and ensuring compliance with HR processes and statutory requirements. The individual will handle employee relations, address grievances, support learning and development activities, and prepare HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
