marketplaces, digital marketing campaigns, and partner networks. As we expand our consumer business, we are looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to convert customer enquiries into successful sales and build lasting customer relationships.

Role Overview
The Inside Sales Executive will manage inbound and warm leads, engage prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp, understand their requirements, recommend suitable Jiva Water products,



and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a consultative sales approach, and the discipline to achieve sales targets through timely follow-ups and effective lead management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management and Sales Conversion
· Contact leads generated through the company website, Meta advertisements, WhatsApp, online marketplaces, partner networks, and creator campaigns.
· Respond promptly to incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products based on their needs and budget.
· Explain product features, pricing, applications, and usage accurately.
· Handle objections relating to pricing, product suitability, functionality, and installation.
· Convert qualified leads into orders through website checkout, payment links, or relevant sales channels.
