Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:

* Research and Development: Serve as the subject matter expert for Thornton's product line.
* Problem-solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by identifying critical challenges in product performance or customer experience and applying creative, science-based approaches to develop effective solutions that enhance product value and customer satisfaction.
* Project management: Manage research projects end-to-end with creation of DOE and project charters and manage projects timelines effectively. Build detailed project plans including budget mapping,



defining milestones and coordinating with different teams.
* Experimentation, Analysis and Reporting: Plan and execute lab work for all the assigned projects.
* Prepare detailed technical reports, application notes, infoflash articles etc. detailing methods, findings, and results.
* Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D; colleagues in global sites, product management and marketing teams to align on objectives and deliverables. Ensure regular communication with stakeholders to organize and disseminate scientific information and test results to influence new industrial developments and products. Continuously update knowledge of market trends and product developments to be able to present most feasible ideas.
