AIREFINED INDIA Pvt Ltd is looking for a Content & Digital Marketing Executive in Pune who writes like a human, thinks like a strategist and uses AI like a pro. Immediate joiners preferred.
What you'll do
• Plan and write content for LinkedIn, the website, blogs, case studies and newsletters
• Own our LinkedIn page – content calendar, posting, engagement and growth
• Create creatives and short videos (Canva or similar)
• Run and track campaigns (email, social, events) and report on results
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini etc.) to research, draft and speed up content – with a human finish
• Work with sales and leadership on product, brand and hiring content
What we're looking for
• 2–4 years in content / digital marketing, ideally B2B tech, SaaS or a startup
• Excellent written English and storytelling
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, Canva and at least one CRM/email tool (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp)
• Practical use of AI tools in daily work
• Based in Pune and able to join immediately
