About the RoleTrikuta Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Zoho Automation & Integration Developer with solid expertise in advanced Deluge scripting, custom function development, REST APIs, WhatsApp Business API, and omnichannel integrations.
The role focuses on developing custom code, integrating applications, automating workflows, and building a connected customer lifecycle automation ecosystem using Zoho CRM, Zoho WorkDrive, Zoho Sign, and third-party platforms.
This is a development-focused role, not a basic CRM administration position. Advanced Deluge scripting, API integration, and WhatsApp automation are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities1. Advanced Deluge Scripting & Custom Development• Develop advanced Deluge scripts, custom functions, reusable components, and scheduled functions.
• Build custom business logic, conditional workflows, event triggers,



and multi-step automations.
• Automate record creation, updates, data validation, notifications, and cross-module operations.
• Develop custom solutions beyond standard Zoho workflow capabilities.
• Implement error handling, execution logs, retry mechanisms, duplicate prevention, and failure alerts.
• Debug and optimize scripts for reliability, execution limits, and API consumption.

2. Zoho CRM Custom Development• Customize CRM modules, fields, layouts, relationships, validation rules, and record structures.
• Develop workflows, Blueprints, custom modules, scheduled actions, and approval automations.
• Build custom functions, buttons, widgets, and integrations where required.
• Automate record assignments, task creation, follow-ups, escalations, and status synchronization.
• Maintain data integrity and optimize CRM automation performance.
