Accountability Summary
The Front-End Developer is a motivated, skilled engineer with 3-5 years of qualified experience. They will be responsible for building user-centric, performant, and maintainable interfaces for our web-based and mobile-friendly platform. Applicants should be highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented, self-managed, a team player with a knack for visual design and utility, and able to deliver a quality product in accordance with established requirements and deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities




The Front-End Developer will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Develop responsive web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS that work seamlessly across all browsers and devices.
• Implement UI designs from mockups and wireframes with meticulous attention to detail and user experience.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services built with PHP and Node.js.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and mobile browsers on major operating systems.
• Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and efficient state management.
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices with proper testing and debugging.
• Develop reusable UI components and maintain component libraries for consistent user interfaces.
