Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Selling of the LABTEC Division’s complete range of products directly to the customers which includes (Lab Balances, Mass comparators, Quantos, LabX Software, LHCD, Moisture Analyzers, GWP consultants)
* To achieve sales target, profitability and cost objectives for the assigned territory in consultation with the Regional Manager.
* Continually monitoring sales performance to ensure all customer orders are realized internally and delivered in line with customer expectations.
* Timely collection of payments, Service Orders, etc as per the sales contract from time to time




* To ensure the collections on sales within the company norms of Days Outstanding.
* Development of New customer accounts. Generate current leads by identifying opportunities, promoting the interests of the MTIN products.
* To coordinate with service engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance and breakdowns.
* To interact with customers, understand the needs and positioning of the products of the company as per his requirements.
* To keep himself abreast with the concurrent issues in the Sales and Marketing, the Analytical Instruments and Laboratory Products Industry, technology, competitors, competitive strategies etc.

* Building good customer relationship on long term basis.

What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications and Technical Skills:

M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Chemistry, Biotechnology )
B.E., /B.Tech (Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechatronics)

Overall and Specific Experience:

5-7years of exp.
SAP / CRM Exposure desirable
IT operational background
