About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Training Lead / Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and deliver technical and functional training for our Identity Security platform.
This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, partners, and customers to build a scalable training and enablement program.

This is not a general corporate training position. The successful candidate must have prior professional experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), or Identity Security products and be comfortable explaining technical identity concepts to both technical and business audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage structured training and enablement programs for customers, partners, employees,



implementation engineers, administrators, and business users.
• Develop role-based learning paths for administrators, implementation teams, support personnel, business users, and partners.
• Deliver instructor-led virtual training, workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on labs.
• Develop presentations, lab guides, exercises, assessments, videos, quick-reference guides, and other training materials.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to understand recent capabilities and translate them into effective training content.
• Maintain training environments, demonstrations, labs, and realistic IAM/IGA/PAM use cases.
• Coordinate training schedules, registrations, attendance, assessments, and certifications.
• Develop onboarding programs for new customers, partners, and internal employees.
• Maintain training content as the product and technology evolve.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve training
