About the Role
Story Digital is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate who can manage multiple influencer marketing campaigns simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be skilled at influencer scouting, outreach, coordination, negotiation, and campaign execution, ensuring smooth delivery from brief to completion.

Key Responsibilities
• Influencer Scouting: Identify and shortlist relevant influencers and content creators based on campaign objectives, target audiences, content quality, engagement, and brand fit.
• Campaign Management: Manage multiple influencer marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
• Influencer Outreach & Negotiation: Connect with influencers and their managers, negotiate commercials, and coordinate deliverables.
• Campaign Execution: Share campaign briefs, communicate brand guidelines, coordinate content approvals, and track deliverables and deadlines.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers, talent managers, and creator networks.




• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, views, and other relevant KPIs.
• Reporting: Prepare campaign reports, maintain influencer databases, and track budgets, deliverables, and campaign outcomes.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and align with brand objectives.

Requirements
• 1 - 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of influencer discovery across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Excel or
