Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and improve the quality-of-service delivery to customers.
* Manage Strategic Key accounts.
* Develop competency of field service teams through continuous coaching Measure, analyze and improve service operations performance.
* Ensure achieving regional service revenue monthly achievement through proper planning.
* Manage payment terms with the customers and collect receivables.
* Monitor and improve regional performance through reviews.
* Develop recent channels for services with innovative solutions.
* Collaborate with regional, national stakeholders to build competitive advantage.




* Align regional service team with Global/National initiatives and implement strategy.
* Develop Remote service capabilities within the service team.
* Create value for our services and solutions in the marketplace.
