Role Description:
The Sales Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving business growth for Nexgen Sports Infra’s sports infrastructure solutions. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building solid relationships with institutional, commercial, and government clients. The Sales Manager will prepare and present proposals, conduct client meetings and site visits,



collaborate with technical and project teams to develop tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts within company guidelines. Daily responsibilities include tracking market trends, maintaining accurate sales documentation and reports, meeting revenue and margin targets, and representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in B2B sales, including lead generation, account management, and consultative selling.
• Experience with client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of sports infrastructure solutions and communicate them clearly to clients.
• Proficiency in preparing proposals, sales presentations, and basic commercial analysis (pricing, margins, forecasts).
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional regional language
