Role Description The Design Engineer will be responsible for developing and refining product and tooling designs using appropriate engineering principles and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating detailed 3D models and drawings, performing basic engineering calculations,



and collaborating with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure designs meet functional, safety, and manufacturability requirements. The role involves reviewing specifications, supporting prototyping and testing, and incorporating feedback from production, quality, and customers into design iterations. The Design Engineer will also document design changes, maintain technical files, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the toolroom and related processes. This is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Design Engineering with the ability to translate requirements into practical and manufacturable solutions.
