Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Palai.



The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable health, personal accident, and travel insurance products. Daily activities include meeting prospective and existing customers, explaining policy features and benefits, assisting with proposal forms and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery. The role involves managing customer queries and concerns, supporting claims-related escalations, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the policy lifecycle. The Relationship Manager also works towards achieving sales and retention targets, collaborates with branch staff and agents, and adheres to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
