About Charge MotionCharge Motion is a creative studio helping technology brands and digital businesses communicate their value through branding, motion design, 3D visuals and digital experiences.
We're looking for an independent Business Development Partner who can identify new opportunities, manage sales conversations and convert prospects into paying clients.

What you'll do• Find potential clients among SaaS businesses, technology startups, founders and creative agencies.
• Build a prospect pipeline using research, personalized email outreach, LinkedIn and skilled networking.
• Work with warm leads and referrals provided by Charge Motion, as well as prospects you source independently.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their requirements, budget, timeline and decision-making process.
• Lead discovery calls, present relevant services and handle sales objections.
• Follow up on opportunities and proposals until a decision is reached.




• Coordinate with the Creative Director when creative strategy or technical input is required.
• Prepare proposals in collaboration with the Creative Director and obtain approval before sending final pricing and scope.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and report on activity, opportunities and collected revenue.

What we're looking for• Demonstrable B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling creative, branding, motion design, web design, marketing or digital services is preferred.
• Confidence in prospecting, conducting discovery calls, handling objections and negotiating deals.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate with founders, marketing leaders and agency decision-makers.
• A self-directed working style and disciplined follow-up habits.
• Existing connections in India, the US, UK or other international markets are an advantage.
