The Bar Assistant supports bartenders in preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in beverage preparation and service

- Maintain bar cleanliness and hygiene standards

- Stock and replenish bar inventory

- Prepare garnishes and bar mise-en-place

- Support bartenders during service rush

- Follow SOPs and safety guidelines

- Ensure smooth and efficient bar operations

- Maintain high hygiene and service standards

- Support team in delivering quick turnaround times

RequirementsRequired Skills

- Basic knowledge of beverages and bar operations

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments

- Team player with good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years experience in hospitality/bar service

- Basic bartending training (advantage)
