We’re Hiring: LLM Engineering Expert – AI Evaluation

Are you an experienced engineering skilled with expertise in simulation tools, Python, and engineering design? Join an exciting project focused on evaluating and improving next-generation AI models.

Domains: Electrical, Mechanical, and Aerospace Engineering
Location: Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Egypt, Ghana, Nigeria, Turkey, Brazil, Colombia, and approved US states
Experience: 10+ years of hands-on engineering design experience
Education: Master’s degree or PhD preferred as specified in the role requirements
Duration: Up to 24 weeks
Engagement: Remote Contract
Compensation: Approximately $12.50–$16.67 USD/hour (converted to your local currency), based on an estimated 30–40 hours per task.
Availability: 40 hours/week, with 4 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time (PST). Weekend on-call availability is required.

What You’ll Do:
• Design challenging engineering problems to evaluate advanced AI models.
• Develop and validate simulation-based engineering tasks with measurable objectives.




• Use open-source simulation tools and Python to build and test engineering solutions.
• Analyze AI agent execution logs and identify reasoning, coding, and tool-use failures.
• Develop automated grading systems and refine benchmarks based on model performance.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and engineering experts to improve model capabilities.

Required Skills:
• 10+ years of hands-on engineering design experience.
• Strong Python scripting skills.
• Experience with at least one simulation tool, such as OpenFOAM, ngspice, FEniCSx, CalculiX, OpenModelica, or similar.
• Familiarity with LLMs, coding agents, AI evaluation, and failure analysis.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, physical constraints, and technical validation.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A reliable computer and high-speed internet connection for remote work.
