Job Summary

As a Lean Telco Analyst / Consultant, you will help Communications & Media clients design and execute large-scale business and operating model transformations across the offerings of Lean Telco strategy and roadmap, Company-wide re-invention, telco restructuring and carve-outs, NetCo/ServCo separation, B2C care reinvention, B2B sales process reinvention, Process Driven IT Reinvention and AI-enabled operational improvement.

You will own defined modules or workstreams focused on assessing current-state operations, processes and operating models; defining future-state and North Star target states; developing value and business cases; and designing transformation roadmaps and implementation plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Must-Have Skills

Cross-Cutting Industry & Consulting Skills

• Understanding of telecom operating models, value chains and functional processes across BSS, OSS, CRM, Order management,



billing, provisioning, assurance, customer operations etc.
• Familiarity with process discovery, BPMN-based process mapping, process mining and value realization concepts
• AI Fluency (fundamentals of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI concepts) and ability to identify and qualify AI/agentic use cases within client engagements.
• Strong strategic analysis and structured problem-solving skills, including hypothesis-led issue framing, research, benchmarking, data interpretation and data-driven decision making
• Robust quantitative analysis, Excel-based modelling and business case development capabilities
• Excellent PowerPoint storytelling, presentation development and executive communication skills
• Experience supporting proposals, POVs, thought leadership and/or practice/capability development initiatives
