Role Description The Product Marketing Specialist will play a key role in positioning Zykrr’s CX monetization solutions in the market and supporting revenue growth. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Gurugram, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, defining product messaging and value propositions,



and supporting the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products. The specialist will collaborate closely with product, sales, and CX teams to create sales enablement materials, case studies, and campaign content that clearly articulate product advantages and differentiation. The role also involves tracking performance of marketing initiatives, gathering feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, and using data-driven insights to refine positioning and improve engagement.
