Healthawin Research International is a contract manufacturer of nutraceuticals, Ayush and wellness products for private-label brands across India and export markets. We hold Central FSSAI and AYUSH manufacturing licences and run our own unit in Panipat.
We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on formulation person who can take a product from idea to pilot batch.

What you'll do
• Develop new formulations for capsules, powders, sachets, protein blends, sports nutrition, herbal/Ayurvedic and women's wellness products
• Select actives at effective, clinically backed doses and work out ingredient costing
• Run small pilot batches: weighing, blending, flavour trials, sample preparation
• Handle flavour, taste and mixability optimisation for powders
• Prepare formulation sheets, batch records and documentation for FSSAI/AYUSH product approvals
• Coordinate with raw material suppliers and NABL labs for testing
• Support the sales team with technical answers for B2B clients

What we're looking for
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Food Tech, Nutrition, Chemistry) or related




• 1–4 years in nutraceutical, food supplement or Ayurvedic formulation
• Working knowledge of FSSAI Nutraceutical Regulations and Ayush norms
• Familiar with extracts, standardisation (e.g. 5% withanolides, 97% berberine), proteins, vitamins and minerals
• Practical, detail-oriented, comfortable on the shop floor
• Freshers with robust formulation knowledge and genuine interest can also apply
