MeritX Ventures is a focused cross-border VC investment and advisory platform working with frontier tech companies on institutional fundraising, investor readiness and strategic capital partnerships.
As we expand our portfolio of mandates and investments, we are looking for an experienced Manager – Deal Execution to lead transaction execution and supervise our deal execution team.

Key Responsibilities
• Independently manage multiple fundraising mandates from transaction preparation through investor due diligence and closure.
• Lead the development and review of financial models, valuations, investment presentations and investor materials.
• Supervise and mentor associates and analysts, allocate responsibilities, review deliverables and ensure high standards of accuracy and execution.
• Coordinate financial, commercial and legal due diligence with founders, finance teams, investors and external advisors.
• Own transaction workplans, timelines, data rooms and documentation, ensuring timely closure of critical dependencies.
• Proactively identify execution risks,



resolve bottlenecks and escalate material issues appropriately.
• Support investor discussions, transaction structuring and negotiations through to closure.

Ideal Candidate
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance, private equity or venture capital.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and financial statement analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing live transactions and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing and supervising the work of junior team members.
• Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail, communication skills and execution discipline.
• CA, CFA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent relevant qualifications preferred.
