Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities;

Operational Excellence through Process documentation, Process Quality
Initiatives and projects Month end activities and data integrity, posting of month end adjustments/accruals/other Journal entries, validation errors and submission of financial data in Reporting System
Ledger scrutiny, PEX analysis, Variance review and analysis with resolution
Fixed asset Accounting Reconciliation- Bank, Prepayments, Accruals, Provisions, AP, AR, Inter Company recons, other balance sheet GL recons Finalization of monthly financials - Balance Sheet, P&L;




Responsible for handling Audit and being Point of contact for Auditors Business Communication SOX compliance for related activities

What You Need to Succeed
Educational Qualification

* CPA/ ACCA with an experience of minimum 2 years
* Inter CA/ MBA/ Graduate with an experience of minimum 5 years

Technical and soft skills

* Solid stakeholder management skills
* Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines within a multi-cultural,
* international environment
* Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
* Ability to manage a team and lead the activities
* Account Management for US units, which involves- Stakeholder management, ensuring delivery as per SLA, Escalation management, Communication, MIS dashboard, collaboration with Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Collections.
